Amna Siddique

Amna Siddique is serving as a Senior Liaison Officer at School of Governance & Society, University of Management & Technology, Pakistan. She is managing SGS promotional products and creating strong liaison among stakeholders to streamline their relations. She completed her postgraduate degree of Master of Public Administration – MPA from Institute of Administrative sciences, University of the Punjab. She is an emerging young research scholar in the discipline of public administration and public policy. Currently, pursuing her passion to make a holistic impact in the intellectual development of the discipline, and also fill the theory-practice gap through her ‘research voice’. She recently published a research article in which she contextualized the status of food insecurity and impact of food banks in liberal democracies. It is published in OPS issue of SICA (Section on International and comparative administration), ASPA. So far, she presented her country at international platforms including USA (cultural exchange ambassador), Bangladesh, India (presented research paper at NASPAA virtual conference) and China (Yenching global symposium). She is advocating cross-cultural connectivity & diverse discourse analysis. Ashish Jha

Mr. Ashish Jha is an independent researcher based in India. He has done M.A. in Local Governance and Development from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Tamil Nadu, India. He has done his internship in Bangladesh and also visited Russia as an Indian Youth Delegate. He has worked as Research Associate in ICSSR Sponsored Research Project at Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Tamil Nadu, India. He has attended and presented various national and international seminars and conferences. Ms. Anita Poudel

Ms. Anita Poudel is a deputy director of studies of Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), a national premier civil service college responsible for public sector capacity building in Nepal. She has over five years of experience as a faculty of public service delivery, inclusive governance, and general management at NASC. She has done her Master’s in Business Administration from Ace institute of Management, Pokhara University, Nepal, and has worked as a research supervisor in various national-level research projects. Carin Mayo

is the Master of Public Administration program manager and adjunct professor of public administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. Carin is active in crisis management research concerning international access to Covid-19 vaccines; response to disasters nationally and internationally; social justice and restorative justice initiatives; and higher education leadership and administration. She was appointed by the Governor of Alabama and currently serves on the Alabama State Board of Education’s Special Education Advisory Panel; the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s College of Arts and Sciences Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee; the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Sustainability Council; and as a diversity ambassador with the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is past co-chair of the UAB Benevolent Fund Annual Campaign, raising $1.9 M. Carin is currently completing her doctorate of higher education administration and leadership at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama; earned her Master of Public Administration, Masters of Business Administration, and a Masters of English at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she was awarded Outstanding MPA Graduate Student, the Dean’s Outstanding Student Award, nominated for the UAB Graduate School’s Samuel B. Barker Award for Excellence in Graduate Studies, and inducted into Pi Alpha Alpha Professional Honor Society for Public Administrators. In 2021, she was honored to receive the UAB Gaston Excellence in Mentoring Award. Dr. Cliff Ransom Wendell B. Lilangan, Ph.D.

Dr. Cliff Ransom Wendell B. Lilangan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Central Mindanao University, awarded as the first student at Central Mindanao University to finish his course in 3 and a half years only without summer classes while graduating Magna cum laude at the same time. He finished his Master’s degree in Public Service Management at Capitol University, Cagayan de Oro City. Currently, while teaching at Holy Angel University in Pampanga, he is also finishing his Doctorate of Public Administration at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. He has been conferred the Honorary Doctorate Award of Social Work (Honoris Causa) by the United Nobles Rescue Services (Service to God and Humanity) last October 17, 2020. He has been conferred the Outstanding Dignitary Award for 2021, the World Peace Icon Award 2020, the Humanitarian Medal 2020, the Mahatma Gandhi Peace Award for Social Services 2020, and many other accolades. He has also been selected as Philippine Representative in the Australasia Philadelphia Youth Camp held in Australia for 5 years, in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2017, and 2019. Dr. Lilangan is both a research and language enthusiast. His research entitled, “Nihongo Gakushuu: The Interplay of Hiragana, Katakana, and Romaji in Japanese Language Learning” won him two international awards, namely, Best Abstract in Education and Best in Oral Presentation during the International Multidisciplinary Research Conference held in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Just this January 30-31, 2021, Prof. Lilangan and his Korean co-researcher bagged the Best Paper in Business and Economics award for their conference paper titled “Perspectives and Lived Experiences of Samsung Data Systems Employees in Thailand towards International Logistics Risks: A Phenomenological Study” during the Asia Pacific E-Conference on Multidisciplinary Research. Dr. Lalevie C. Lubos, Ph.D.

Dr. Lalevie C. Lubos, is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Central Mindanao University and Juris Doctor from Xavier University. She earned her Master’s in Government Administration as a City Scholar of the City of Valencia Bukidnon and also finished her Master in Management from Liceo de Cagayan University where she received also her Doctor in Management degree. At present she is finishing her Doctor in Public Administration from Cebu Technological University. Dr. Lubos also has graduated her Diploma in Sustainable Development Studies major in Environmental Education from Mindanao State University Naawan Campus. Finished Digital Transformation and Data Analytics Training for Higher Education Institutions, an Executive Program sponsored by the Commission on Higher Education delivered by Carnegie Mellon University Australia . Dr. Lubos is the current Dean of Bukidnon State University, College of Administration and the former Dean of the Office of Student Services in the same Institution. She teaches various courses in the Graduate School; Strategic Management, Planning, Organization, Management and Decision Making, Human Behavior in Organization, Filipino Personality in the Context of Public Administration, Performance Management, Administrative Law, Financial Management and Fiscal Administration, Political Theories in Public Administration, Gender and Development, Comparative Public Administration, Environmental Management, Local and Regional Administration, etc. She has published researches and has conducted researches for the Department of Interior and Local Government Region X. She is actively involved in the Extension Program of the College on Capacitating the Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representatives (IPMR). She is part of the Regional Assessment Team, who evaluated the Local Government Units in the Province of Bukidnon on the Seal of Good Local Governance 2022. Dr. Marlon V. Ladia, Ph.D.

Dr. Marlon V. Ladia is a Local Government Operations Officer at the Department of the Interior and Local Government. He works on local development planning and strengthening local government capacity. Prior to this, he had extensively worked on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene among waterless communities in the Western Visayas Region. He also worked on local economic development, business process reengineering, and small and medium enterprise development. Dr. Ladia is a licensed Environmental Planner and a registered safety officer. He is also a part-time lecturer at Capiz State University, handling management and public administration courses in the University’s baccalaureate and graduate programs. He holds the degrees Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (2009), Master in Public Administration (2014), and Doctor of Public Administration (2020).

Mr. Muzafer Rasool Hajam

Mr. Muzafer Rasool Hajam aims to pursue diversified education for wiping tears of the last man in the row. After completing BSc Radiation Science Technology (Cancer Management Course) and subsequent adjustment as M. Physics Technologist in GMC Srinagar, treating cancer patients, he felt inevitability of governance reforms which motivated him to gain holistic knowledge of governance and public administration to contribute his bit towards social service. Consequently, he completed Masters in Public Administration from the IGNOU, New Delhi. He was selected three times for UGC-NET in public administration. Currently, he is pursuing PhD in Public Administration through Lovely Professional University, Punjab. He was selected twice for Maulana Azad National Fellowship, published one research article in SCI journal. Till now, he presented four papers in national conferences and completed more than 15 certificate courses. He is a CDMA-USA certified international career coach, reviewer for one international journal, life member of Institute of Scholars, IFERPA, ARTTI. He received Young Researcher Award, India Prime Top 100 Researcher 2021 Award and Best Care Giver in COVID Pandemic Award. Presently, he is working on multiple research studies related to challenges of governance, administrative reforms & delivery of public services, aiming to aid government & policy planners through policy inputs & deeper insights to ensure peaceful & prosperous human development

Prajakta Pradip Shukla, Ph.D.

Dr. Prajakta works at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, India-the apex training institute for civil servants. She has successfully contributed in designing and imparting training to the newly inducted Officer Trainees as well as Senior Civil Servants in their Mid-Career Training Programme. At LBSNAA she has worked on competency mapping, innovative pedagogies in training, creating repository of case studies, preparing modules on health, social inclusion, rural development, some of which are available on I-GOT platform. Prajakta completed PhD on the issue of “Maternal Health in India with reference to Janani Suraksha Yojana” under the guidance of Prof Rumki Basu. In her Doctoral thesis, she assessed the maternal health of women in remotest and the most marginalized communities. Her interest areas are public health, health economy, public policy, governance, research and training, administration etc. She has extensively worked on Bhil tribe and as of now interested in ‘Raji’ the endangered tribe of Uttarakhand. Being a Recipient of Indian Council of Social Science Doctoral Research Fellowship, Prajakta has also received Yunus Emre Institute fellowship for learning Turkish language and Culture in 2018. Ms. Rubaya Akther is a registered research scholar at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India, pursuing PhD in Public Administration. She completed B. Tech Civil Engineering form Punjab Technical University, followed by Masters in Public Administration from IGNOU, New Delhi. Saidamin P. Bagolong, Ph.D

Saidamin P. Bagolong, Ph.D. is a licensed teacher by the Professional Regulation Commission and a Professor of Public Administration at Cotabato State University (CotSU), Philippines. He received his Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) at Southwestern University (SWU), Philippines, and his Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USEP), Philippines. Prof. Dr. Bagolong handles courses on Research Methods and Designs, Theory and Practice in Public Administration, Policy Analysis, Development Administration, etc. He has published seven books and nineteen research articles. Also, he has presented several research papers at national and international conferences.
